This recipe includes Chickpea & Potato Curry, Flatbread, and Naked Cabbage Slaw.
Our vegan meal boxes contain ingredients and recipes to create delicious plant-based meals. You will receive some of the ingredients that are needed to make each recipe as well as a recipe card with all the cooking instructions.

Ingredients from you:
Chickpea & Potato Curry:
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 350ml water (may need a bit more or less)
- Season to taste
- Fresh coriander (optional)
Flatbread:
- 50g or 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt/ coconut milk
Naked Cabbage Slaw:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider/ red wine/ white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sweetener of choice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Small handful fresh coriander (optional)
Caribbean curry powder:
- 2 1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger powder (optional)
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground black/ white pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
